Just to exist as a booster club we are a legal non-profit registered with the IRS and the State. We must meet those requirements, tax filings etc. As such we have expenses we have to pay just to exist.
We also know that not all fundraisers are one size fits all…Some people excel at selling butter braids, while others would prefer the Raise Right program below. Also know you can have your aunts, uncles, grandparents etc sign up for these earnings as well. So we try to offer a variety of options. If you have any ideas please let us know - we are happy to try out new ideas!
Participation fees for Marching Band, Color Guard, Winter Guard, and Winter Percussion only cover a portion of our expenses. Every dollar we make through fundraising helps keep the fees as low as possible. Without any fundraising, participation fees would have to be raised significantly to make up the difference. Likewise, we never want a family's inability to pay fees to prevent their student from being able to participate and are always looking for innovative ways to raise funds and will offer different opportunities throughout the year.
Donations in the Items page go 100% to the Booster Club Contributions (defaulted to 15%) go to Zeffy and are OPTIONAL.

The proceeds from this fundraiser will help pay expenses on behalf of the students who work at this event.
Raise Right is another platform we use that does not involve you selling anything, this is a very PROFITABLE and convenient way to raise funds.
Purchase gift cards from hundreds of brands nationwide to use on everyday purchases or gifts. Both ship to home physical, and sometimes reloadable gift cards, and e-gift cards are available for various brands such as groceries, gas, home repair, restaurants and travel to name a few. We recommend the e-gift cards as they can instantly be used from your wallet on the app and emailed or printed for gifts making this program easy to use! Multiple cards can be purchased with a single transaction fee keeping your initial cost low. Then when you are at the store or shopping online, you would use your gift card instead of your usual payment method. This program can also be used by your family and friends to support our program.
